ProSpec Keeps Focus On Strategic Growth With Hiring of Top Industry Executive Sean Smith

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--()--ProSpec®, a leading provider of surface preparation systems, tile and stone installation systems and concrete repair and restoration products, announced today the recent hiring of top building materials distribution executive Sean Smith to further the company’s strategic growth efforts.

Smith joins ProSpec as Director of Strategic Growth and will be responsible for the marketing, product management and current sales teams while focusing on ProSpec brand growth through business expansion and strategic partnerships, at both a regional and a national level. Smith will be working with his third Oldcastle® company, having served as a National Sales Development Manager with Oldcastle APG and National Sales Manager for Allied Building Products. Prior to joining Oldcastle, Smith served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Building Supply.

In his new role, Smith will report to and work closely with ProSpec COO Paul Henning, who took over as COO in 2013 to continue the long-term strategic growth of the business.
