MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri LLP (ARHMF), a law firm representing businesses and investors across several practice areas, announced that two attorneys – Marisol Vilasuso and Graciela Cardona – joined the litigation and corporate practices.
Marisol Vilasuso joins ARHMF’s litigation practice as an associate with experience representing clients in business disputes in both federal and state court. Ms. Vilasuso obtained her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami’s School of Law in 2011 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2008. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Vilasuso left a large Miami law firm to join ARHMF.
Graciela Cardona is the newest attorney to join ARHMF’s corporate and financial services practices. Ms. Cardona obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida International University’s College of Law in 2013 and her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2007. Prior to joining ARHMF, Ms. Cardona interned for Judge Adalberto Jordan of the United States District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Immigration Court. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
