BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EBI Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Darcey Hott, Senior Account Executive, to serve the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Commercial Real Estate clients.
Since 2004, Ms. Hott has established and maintained long term relationships with a diverse client base representing various perspectives in the market, from commercial real estate lenders to buyers, owners, investors and managers. Understanding the subtlety and implication of these needs has made her a trusted partner in managing several thousand transactional assessments and equity level engineering investigations across the country and across all types of assets, including healthcare, office, retail, hospitality, and multifamily properties.
Ms. Hott specializes in the latest ASTM designations for Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments and Seismic Risk Assessments. Her consulting history includes subsurface investigations, site characterization and remediation, hazardous materials surveys, equity level building component investigations, energy audits, feasibility studies and asset management/capital planning evaluations. This experience provides her a unique and well-rounded understanding of her clients with the ability to quickly develop sound solutions to complex site and deal-related problems without compromising technical integrity.
Ms. Hott graduated in the top five percent of her class at Towson University, where she earned a Triple Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, while being named “Most Distinguished Scholar” in 2003. Darcey is an active member of the Baltimore Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
In addition to her career success, Darcey co-founded the Tree of Friends Foundation, a non-profit established to assist local communities in response to life-altering tragedies. The group has raised over $45,000 for various families in Carroll County, MD, where Ms. Hott lives with her husband and two daughters.
