PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comcast Cable (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK) today announced that, effective immediately, Robert S. Victor will serve as Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Operations, for Comcast Business. He will report to Bill Stemper, President of Comcast Business, and Stephen Perez will join his team as Vice President, Financial Planning and Operations. Mr. Victor succeeds Gary Rostick, who has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Comcast Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm.

At Comcast Business, Mr. Victor will be responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis; the budget and long range plan; sales operations reporting; and new growth initiatives. He and his team will work closely with field leadership and Cable’s finance organization to develop operating budgets and pursue new opportunities.

Most recently, Bob served as Senior Vice President of Strategic and Financial Planning for Comcast Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing the corporate strategy and financial planning functions and reported to Michael Angelakis. He co-led the transition of NBCUniversal from GE to Comcast and the integration of NBCUniversal’s and Comcast’s Cable networks. In addition, he helped found and lead Comcast’s Financial Management Leadership Program for high potential early-career finance professionals, and has been involved in numerous cross-industry initiatives, including developing Cable WiFi, the Cable industry’s nationwide WiFi roaming network.
Prior to joining Comcast, Bob served as Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and headed the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice on the East Coast. He earned an AB degree from Dartmouth College and a JD degree from Harvard Law School.
Stephen Perez will be responsible for financial planning and maintaining business operations with financial leaders across the country. Previously, Stephen served as Executive Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. He joined Comcast in 2004 as an Internal Audit Manager. In 2008, he was promoted to Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining Comcast, Stephen worked for The Siegfried Group and Arthur Anderson. He holds an EMBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s University and a BS in Business Administration from Widener University. In 2012, Stephen completed the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program.
