EDINBURGH, Scotland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Online tyre retailer Blackcircles.com confirms that two more ‘Click & Fit’ tyre Pit Stop centres are being opened at Tesco sites this month. Following the success of the first Pit Stop, launched in July at Milton Keynes, the second phase openings are at Tesco stores in Bar Hill, Cambridge and Handforth, Cheshire.
Customers order tyres and arrange an appointment through the Blackcircles.com website, take their car to the Pit Stop fitting bay at Tesco and pick up their car an hour later. As well as saving time and money – as much as 40% on all tyre sizes and brands – customers can collect Tesco Clubcard points on their transactions, with a typical transaction of £250 translating to up to £40 of Clubcard points.
The Pit Stop model is the first of its kind in the UK and builds on a previous partnership between the retailers that allows Tesco customers to buy tyres online and get them fitted at Blackcircles.com’s network of over 1,400 garages around the UK.
