DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Container Store Group, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the ticker symbol “TCS” beginning on November 1, 2013. The Container Store Group, Inc. is offering all 12,500,000 shares of common stock. The underwriters also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares from the Company.
