Double Crown Resources Announces Master Purchase Agreement for Large Scale Mineral Shipments, Lease of Strategic Mineral Processing Plant and Commercial Launch of New Aggregate Material Transport System

Plans On-Track for Fulfillment of High Value Oil Industry Projects

HENDERSON, Nev.--()--Oct. 23, 2013--Double Crown Resources, Inc. (OTCQB:DDCC), a fully reporting company (hereinafter, "Double Crown"), would like to provide follow-up to its news of June 18th this year. Great progress has been made on our primary projects involved in supplying oil industry clients with the vital industrial minerals and related products needed for hydraulic fracturing and off-shore drilling operations. A Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) has been executed to support high value contracts which are near closing, for industrial quantities of strategic minerals. More details will be forthcoming on this MPA as soon as possible. Additionally, Double Crown has now signed an exclusive lease agreement for full use of an established mineral processing plant located in New Orleans, LA. Further, the company is very pleased to announce that its high efficiency, single transfer aggregate material transport system, named Transprop AGG, has now been fine-tuned and is ready to go into mass production and immediate commercial use. The Transprop AGG represents a game changing development in the handling & delivery of all types of high volume aggregate cargo, especially for the oilfield service industry. These are all major steps forward in Double Crown's current business plans.

A 15 year lease with extension options has been executed on the New Orleans processing plant. Double Crown engaged EDG Consulting Engineers (http://www.edg.net/) to design and master plan for our use of the plant facilities as well as construction supervision and budgeting. The master plan design work has now been completed. The plant will be the first of its kind, designed specifically around our patent pending Transprop AGG container system. Although there are silos on the site, the majority of materials, (barite, frac sand, guar gum, etc.), will be stored in more than 1000 Transprop AGG containers which represent the planned Phase I production run. Phase II & Phase III will each add an additional 1000 containers for a total of at least 3000 by the fourth quarter of 2014. Processed materials will be shipped out mainly via intermodal rail cars carrying our Transprop AGG containers although trucking and water barge options are also available. Loading will be done via an overhead gantry crane system. The plant is specifically designed to deliver industrial tonnage quantities of both frac sand and barite as well as related commodity materials. The rail industry has significantly ramped up its production of intermodal cars as a preferred transport platform so more than enough will be available for Double Crown's planned shipments. Each intermodal rail car can accommodate 4 Transprop AGG containers and each container can hold up to 23 tons of aggregate product (92 tons per intermodal rail car).

At this time, Double Crown has begun commercial production of its revised Transprop AGG container units. We have made many improvements which include multiple Venturi systems that bolt onto the tri-chamber interlock design. Ours is the first system offered to the market that can load on rail cars without having to remove the containers. Our interlock system allows containers to feed into one another during loading and unloading. Therefore, the Double Crown Transprop AGG system is the first to actually handle industrial quantities of aggregate material in an effective, efficient, and affordable single transfer way. Additionally, Transprop AGG is the only container to include a highly sophisticated multi-Venturi system designed to accommodate different types of aggregate products. Conceptually, each container can handle up to 3 different materials, for example; 20/40, 30/50, 40/70 mesh product. The engineers who designed our Venturi systems are from the same firm that designed the pneumatics for the movement of materials to the modern off-shore oil industry.

Company President Allen Lopez stated, "Double Crown Resources is steadily developing into a key service provider to the petroleum industry for industrial minerals via our patent pending Transprop AGG container system. The New Orleans processing facility positions us strategically to service the North American shale formations as well as the many off-shore drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Furthermore, we believe the site is a strategic hub to ship globally as our Transprop AGG was designed to meet ISO global shipping standard and specifications. The perfected Transprop AGG transport system is ready for full scale commercial introduction now and we intend to ramp up production to 250 containers per month by the first quarter of 2014. Because of its markedly higher efficiencies and advanced technical features, Double Crown's new Transprop AGG container system, along with our New Orleans plant and the benefits of intermodal rail transit, make this new system a clear logistical game changer." Photos and 3D images of the proposed master plan for the New Orleans plant can be viewed on our company website, as well as the first preview photos of our perfected Transprop AGG container unit.
