Cybercrime Expert Richard Gould Joins Kroll as a Senior Managing Consultant

NEW YORK--()--Kroll, the global leader in risk mitigation and response solutions, announced today that Richard Gould, former Supervisor of the Essex County Cyber Crimes Unit, has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Consultant.

Based in New Jersey, Gould will be a senior member of Kroll’s Cyber Investigations Practice. He brings to Kroll a vast knowledge of investigating cybercrime and will lead assignments involving digital forensics, data breach, advanced computer intrusions, insider attacks, malware outbreaks, internet fraud and theft of trade secrets.

Prior to joining Kroll, Gould was a Lieutenant with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his tenure, he has held a number of positions within the department including being assigned to the NJ Regional Computer Forensics Lab as an FBI certified computer forensic examiner. Gould is an expert in cyber forensic investigations and mobile forensics.
