MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neil Rolland, MNsure's small business health insurance exchange director, will present "MNsure for Small Businesses," Monday, Oct. 7 in Burnsville. The presentation which includes time for Q&A, provides information on Minnesota's health insurance exchange including requirements, costs, enrollment, tax credits and more. Presenter: Rolland has more than 22 years of healthcare experience in the private sector. Prior to joining MNsure, Rolland served as director of underwriting for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and HealthPartners. Rolland has also held executive positions with MinuteClinic, HCC Life, Virtual Radiologic and American TeleCare. Rolland holds a bachelor’s from St. Olaf College and master’s in leadership from University of St. Thomas.
