FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Daifuku Webb Holding Company (Daifuku Webb), a subsidiary of Daifuku Co., Ltd., announced it has completed the acquisition of Wynright Corporation (Wynright), which is headquartered in Elk Grove, Ill. Wynright will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daifuku Webb. Wynright is a leading integrator and provider of intelligent material handling systems.
