Based in New York, Ms. Adler reports to ISS’ Head of Business, Stephen Harvey, and is an Executive Director and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining ISS, Ms. Adler was Head of Sales and Marketing for Crain's New York Business, a leading New York business publication. Earlier in her career, Ms. Adler worked for 9 years at Dow Jones & Company Inc., in a number of senior roles, which included responsibility for sales, strategy and marketing for Dow Jones International’s Global Sales division. She led the sales organization for the Global Wall Street Journal (U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America), WSJ.com, Far Eastern Economic Review, Caijing, Vedomosti, Style Journal Europe and Fashion Journal Asia.
