He brings to this role extensive sales experience in global enterprise systems, technology solutions, cloud-based software, and services.

Reza is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership and sales experience. His background includes building international sales teams to expand market coverage and driving revenue growth for multinational companies. Prior to Worksoft, Reza worked as VP of EMEA for Heirloom Computing. Reza also spent 11 years at Micro Focus as Vice President where he built and managed a high-performing organization across Northern Europe. Prior to that, Reza held various sales roles including sales manager, commercial manager, and country manager leading sales teams and organizations. During his career, Reza has demonstrated success in both direct and channel sales and has received multiple awards for sales and sales management. Reza is currently a board member for Diract IT.
