Bayer Named as Top Company for Working Mothers

Bayer ranks #15 on List of Top 100 Companies, up 32 spots from 2012

PITTSBURGH--()--Working Mother magazine has named Bayer as one of the 2013 Working Mother 100 Best Companies for its commitment to progressive workplace programs, including child care, flexibility, advancement, and paid family leave. Bayer is ranked number 15 on the list, up 32 spots from 2012. This is the 10th time in the last 11 years that Bayer has been included in the national ranking.

The 100 Best Companies are featured in the October/November issue of Working Mother magazine and on workingmother.com.   • Bayer offered a number of manager/leadership training and formal mentorship programs in 2012 to assist with employee development.
  • Bayer offers a supplemental paid parental leave policy for eligible working fathers and working mothers to nurture newly-born, adopted or placed children.
  • Bayer provides tuition reimbursement of up to $7,000 per year to help employees pursue further education.
