MIDLOTHIAN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable August 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on July 12, 2013.
Mr. Walters also noted, “This dividend payment will get us back into our normal quarterly dividend cycle. As you recall we accelerated our January, 2013 and April, 2013 payments into December, 2012. So there were 5 dividend payments paid for fiscal year ended February 28, 2013 and there will be 3 dividend payments in fiscal year ended 2014.”
