DMO SCREEN ANNOUNCEMENT
"WHEN ISSUED" TRADING IN 3½% TREASURY GILT 2068, TO BE SOLD BY SYNDICATED OFFERING
The DMO, with the agreement of the London Stock Exchange, announces the sanctioning of "When Issued" trading, under London Stock Exchange Rule 1530, in the new 3½% Treasury Gilt 2068 (expected to be sold by a syndicated offer next week, subject to market conditions).
"When Issued" trading will be permitted, from the time that final pricing of the offer is published and the gilt is pronounced 'free to trade', until the close of business on that same day, which will be the day prior to both the settlement and issuance of the syndicated gilt.
The TIDM code to be used for trade reporting any such WI trades will be SYND.
The ISIN code for the new gilt, to be used for WI trading and following the gilt's issue, is GB00BBJNQY21, the SEDOL code is B-BJN-QY2.
The new gilt will pay a long first dividend on 22 January 2014
