ARCADIS acquired Malcolm Pirnie, a company with its primary focus in water and environmental consulting and engineering, in 2009 and has continued to operate in the water/wastewater industry as Malcolm Pirnie, the water division of ARCADIS. As of June 1 ARCADIS launched a full brand transition scheduled to conclude by the end of 2013.
