BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 26 states, continues to rapidly grow, recently adding 15 new employees across its branch network. Since the start of the year, the lender has hired more than 45 new employees to support the increased demand of its financial products.
In Brentwood, Tenn., Churchill adds Amber Howey and Jackie Karras as underwriters with more than three decades of combined industry experience. Monica Madrid brings 15 years of experience as a home loan specialist with multiple industry awards as a top producer. With more than 10 years of experience and a recipient of the 2007 Production Award from Regions Bank, Doloris Abner joins as Churchill’s newest customer care specialist. The lender also welcomes Shannon Morgan as a post closer; Elizabeth Diane Louk as a set up manager; Alexander Moss as its newest junior compliance analyst; and Maggie Hardwick as a closing coordinator.
Churchill’s Atlanta branch adds Sean McDonald as its senior home loan specialist. With 10 years of lending experience, McDonald was previously named “Manager of the Year” by Maryland Bank, N.A. and “Producer of the Year” by First Option Mortgage. Also joining in Atlanta, Tina LaFlamme is its home loan specialist with more than seven years of experience.
With more than 15 years of experience, Phil Gorman III is Churchill’s newest loan officer in Memphis, Tenn. Previously, Gorman served as vice president of Sales Administration for Bowden Building Corporation and closing coordinator for Vintage Homes.
At its Herndon, Va. branch, Anne-Marie Davis is Churchill’s newest loan processor and Julie Viragh supports the sales team. Churchill also adds Heidi Depault as a home loan specialist assistant in Grand Rapids, Mich. and Kristen Foyteck as a set up manager in Houston.
