Prior to this transaction, Scytl already owned 50% of PressVote.
With this acquisition and the addition of PressVote´s In.Vote products Scytl further enhances its industry leading election modernization solutions portfolio. In.Vote is an e-platform for parliaments and assemblies that combines a session management system with a vote automation solution, making parliamentary sessions and processes more efficient and transparent. In.Vote has been successfully deployed in parliaments and assemblies in Europe, Africa, and the Americas in organizations such as South Africa’s National Council of Provinces (NCOP) and Mexico´s Congreso del Estado de Nuevo Leon.
