Citi, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed as depositary for AU Optronics Corporation (AUO) follow-on $350.8 million offering for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program. Each ADR represents 10 ordinary shares and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AUO. Citibank has been the Depositary Bank for AUO’s ADR program since its inception in May 2002. AUO’s ordinary shares are traded on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under stock ticker 2409.
