Equinox Announces Executive Appointments

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--Equinox Payments, LLC, a major payments solutions provider, today announced several executive appointments designed to accelerate the company’s growth.

Chris Dismukes, who has overseen the acquirer and distributor channel selling efforts for Equinox, has been promoted to Vice President, North American Client Group where he will be responsible for all revenue generation activities across the entirety of Equinox’s product lines.

Leonard Biankin has been promoted to Vice President, Supply Chain and Service Operations and will be responsible for all supply chain activities; he will also oversee Equinox’s North American Service Center as well as manage key supply and manufacturing relationships.

In addition, Equinox has added two new executives to its senior leadership group from outside the company:

Dustin Howard has been appointed Vice President, Chief Information Officer and will lead the company’s expanding and strategically critical information technologies initiatives. Previously, Mr. Howard held executive IT roles with SunGard, Apollo Group, Lucent, and the United States Marine Corps.

Nancy Ribble has been appointed Vice President of Professional Services. In this newly created executive position, Ms. Ribble will be responsible for deploying the company’s service delivery and client support mechanisms as well as playing a key role as client advocate in the areas of quality and customer service. Previously, Ms. Ribble has held executive information technology roles with Prudential and was a Practice Director for Oracle Corporation.

The expansion of the Equinox executive team coincides with the upcoming launch of Apollo, the company’s newest family of payment acceptance hardware. Apollo combines state-of-the-art hardware and software to provide merchants and their customers with a reliable, secure and intuitive experience at the point of sale.
