Western Union and Woodforest National Bank Sign Multi-Year Agreement

Renewed Relationship Expanded to Include Online Account-Based Money Transfer Services

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--()--The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU), a leader in global payment services, today announced a multi-year renewal agreement with Woodforest National Bank.

Under the terms of the agreement, Woodforest National Bank will continue to offer the global Western Union Money Transfer® service across its branch network. Woodforest will also introduce online account-based Western Union Money Transfer transactions to account holders in 2013.
