Fitch Withdraws Ratings on Lubrizol's Senior Notes

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the ratings on Lubrizol Corporation's (Lubrizol) senior unsecured notes.

Berkshire Hathaway issued a guarantee for all of Lubrizol's existing debt securities following its acquisition in September 2011. Fitch has withdrawn the ratings because it is no longer considered relevant to the agency's coverage.

Fitch has withdrawn the following ratings:

Lubrizol Corporation

--7.25% senior notes due June 15, 2025 'A+';

--6.50% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2034 'A+';

--5.50% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2014 'A+';

--8.875% senior notes due Feb. 1, 2019 'A+'.
