Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock Fund to Declare Distribution

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fidelity Investments^® announced today that the Fidelity^® Nasdaq Composite Index^® Tracking Stock Fund (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will declare a quarterly distribution payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2013. The amount of such distribution will be determined after the close of the market on March 14, 2013. The dividend will be paid on March 22, 2013.
