Major General Rick Devereaux, USAF (ret) Joins The SPECTRUM Group

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that retired Air Force Major General Rick Devereaux has joined our firm. General Devereaux’s impressive background in both the public and private sector makes him a valuable addition to TSG.

General Devereaux’s last Air Force position was as the Director of Operational Planning, Policy, and Strategy. He was responsible for managing the development and integration of operational strategies, concepts, policies, and plans supporting all elements of aerospace power employment, including the Air-Sea Battle concept. After retiring from the military, he became an independent consultant supporting clients in both the defense industry and the international arena. General Devereaux’s active duty held a wide variety of operational and staff positions including overseeing the Air Force’s operational engagements with foreign Air Forces. As a TSG Member, General Devereaux assists his clients with airpower concept development, remotely piloted aircraft expertise, training system development, logistics planning and international engagement.
