Telio Holding ASA: Publication of Information Memorandum

OSLO, Norway--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Telio Holding ASA has today published an Information Memorandum in connection with the acquisition of NextGenTel AS (the “Acquisition”), in accordance with section 3.5 of Oslo Børs' continuing obligations of stock exchange listed companies. Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 20 December 2012 and 31 January 2013 regarding the Acquisition.
