(NASDAQ: AFCE), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes®, today announced that its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year 2012, which ended December 30, 2012, will be filed on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, after market close. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review results and provide guidance for fiscal 2013.
