Reigning ACM “Top Vocal Duo” Thompson Square Offer Backstage Meet N Greet Passes to New ChildFund International Sponsors

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The title of Thompson Square’s upcoming album, Just Feels Good (release date: March 26) could just as easily be the message about its partnership with ChildFund International.

“We’re offering the backstage pass opportunity because we wanted our fans to share their sponsorship stories with us in person.”

Keifer and Shawna Thompson, who are once again nominated for the Academy of Country Music’s “Top Vocal Duo” Award, are encouraging fans to sponsor a child through ChildFund International’s efforts.

Between now and March 23, any fan who sponsors a child through ChildFund’s website can then receive two free passes to meet the couple backstage at a concert.

The reigning CMA and ACM “Top Vocal Duo” recently took a few days off from their busy tour schedule to visit the child they sponsor in Honduras through ChildFund so they know firsthand the difference sponsorship makes in the life of a child.

“We love knowing that our fans are helping other children, just like we did when we sponsored Emerson in Honduras,” said Keifer.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, fans should visit the ChildFund website, choose a child and complete the sponsorship. They should then save and forward the confirmation to ChildFund@thompsonsquare.com with the subject line “concert date, concert city, your name, your phone number.”

Fans will then receive a confirmation and instructions on how to obtain their meet n greet passes prior to the show. Sponsorship confirmation must be received seven days before the concert date and fans must already have tickets to the show.

The pair promotes ChildFund’s child development work through ChildFund’s LIVE! artist program.
