DriveCam Announces Record 2012 Sales Results

Performance driven by accelerating deployments among leading domestic and global fleets

SAN DIEGO--()--DriveCam, Inc., a global driver risk management company, ended 2012 with orders in excess of $100 million – a record for the company. With this rapid acceleration, DriveCam grew its subscription base by 50 percent and doubled the number of orders year over year, marking its fourth consecutive year of profitable operations. In addition to escalating adoption among leading North American fleets, DriveCam increased its subscription base through global expansion, new strategic partnerships and continued growth within existing customer fleets.

Many top-tier fleets within DriveCam’s growing portfolio expanded their relationship by adding additional vehicles into the program and extending multi-year contracts. These included Waste Management, First Transit and AmeriGas. In addition, DriveCam completed rollouts with existing fleets. Further strengthening DriveCam’s footprint was its contract award by National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) in the United States and major client wins in Canada, the United Kingdom and South Africa.
