Mike McCallister Joins AT&T Board of Directors

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has appointed Mike McCallister to its board of directors. Mr. McCallister recently retired as CEO of Humana Inc. and continues to serve as chairman of its board of directors. He will serve on the Audit Committee of AT&T’s Board of Directors.

Mr. McCallister joined Humana in 1974 and served as CEO from 2000 to 2012. During his tenure as CEO, the company nearly quadrupled its annual revenues.

Mr. McCallister serves on the boards of Fifth Third Bank and Bellarmine University. He is also a former board member of the Business Roundtable, as well as a past chairman of its Health and Retirement Task Force. Mr. McCallister holds a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
