NEW YORK--()--Fitch Ratings withdraws its 'AA-/F1' credit enhanced rating on the following bond:
--Missouri Health & Educational Facilities Authority (MO) (Cox Health Systems) health facilities revenue bonds series 2008C.
The long-term rating assigned to the bonds is revised to 'A' on Rating Watch Negative based on the underlying rating assigned by Fitch to CoxHealth's general revenue bonds.
The rating withdrawal is in connection with the conversion of the bonds to an indexed put mode and termination of the letter of credit supporting the bond.
