NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings withdraws its 'A/F1' rating on the following bond:

--Chattanooga Health, Educational, & Housing Facility Board (TN) (Southern Adventist University Project) variable-rate revenue bonds series 2003.

The rating was based on the support of a letter of credit provided by Bank of America, N.A. that was terminated on Jan. 31, 2013.
