SSI Investment Management Expands Its Institutional Marketing Team

Steven M. Delarosa Joins the Firm as Chief Marketing Officer

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SSI Investment Management Inc. is pleased to announce that Steven M. Delarosa has joined the firm as the Chief Marketing Officer. Steven will be responsible for developing and maintaining SSI’s institutional client relationships with corporations, public funds, foundations/endowments, and investment consultants and will be a member of SSI’s Executive Committee. Steven has over 20 years of client service and marketing experience in the investment industry.

Steven comes to SSI from Highland Capital Management, L.P., a $22 billion global investment management firm in Dallas, TX where he last served as Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer of Highland’s Pyxis AIS subsidiary. Prior to Highland Capital Management, Steven worked for Western Asset Management Company in Pasadena where he held three executive level positions in client service and marketing and was an integral team member that took the firm’s assets under management from $22.7 billion in 1998 to a peak of $630 billion in 2006. Steven has his CFA designation, and has an MBA in Investment Finance and a B.S. in Investment Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California.
