Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per ‘F’ share (2012: 5 pence per ‘F’ share).

The interim dividend will be paid on 28 February 2013 to the ‘F’ shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 8 February 2013. The ‘F’ shares will be marked ex-dividend on 6 February 2013.
