Attendees of RMDC will have the opportunity to attend the revenue cycle workshop to gather insight from Mindy, including:
- Workflow and system implementations that help practices decrease accounts receivable in six simple steps;
- Identification of the most common errors that slow down cash flow; and
- Tips for successful treatment presentation leading to more case acceptance and profitability.
“As the necessity for closer collaboration between doctor, patient and payer becomes more significant to the success of our industry, the programs at RMDC aim to position doctors and administrators with forward-thinking solutions to become empowered business professionals,” said Richard Moore, president of MDE. “Mindy is an expert in the field and brings unique insight into the critical role of the front-office team to a practice’s success, both financially and as it relates to communicating with patients and insurance companies.”
