ROANOKE, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mercury Data Exchange (MDE), a provider of real-time revenue cycle management services for dental offices, presents an educational session called “Front office team – become revenue cycle heroes” at the 2013 Rocky Mountain Dental Convention (RMDC). The program helps dental practice administrators take control of their office’s productivity and profitability through revenue cycle management best practices.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 24, in Denver, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. MT. The session will be led by Mindy Altermatt, a former office manager and expert in insurance and cash flow management.

Mindy Altermatt is a revenue cycle consultant with expertise in insurance and cash flow management. She was the American Association of Dental Office Managers’ 2007 Office manager of the year, bringing hands-on experience as a practice administrator to her current consultant role at MDE.
