In this position, O’Hara will set the direction for the team strengthening relationships in the US Department of Defense, Federal and State and Local markets. As Ridgeline continues to expand its rugged solutions for long-term and new customers, O’Hara’s proven leadership will contribute to solving clients’ technology requirements.
For the past five years, O’Hara was Vice President of Federal Sales at General Dynamics Itronix—instrumental in landing multi-million dollar accounts with agencies such as US Navy and Marine Corps, US Army, US Air Force, US Department of Justice and US Department of Homeland Security achieving exceptional delivery, satisfaction and performance.
Prior to this, O’Hara was Senior Director of Sales leading the Panasonic Toughbook Federal Sector to a $220M business—significantly changing customer efficiencies and productivity critical to the environmental operations of field users such as soldiers, Seals, pilots, mission planners, and first responders. Further, her five years at Toshiba, building a successful GSA channel sales program, will contribute to future enhancements to Ridgeline’s contract offering.

As Ridgeline continues to look ahead and work closely with its client base, supporting the transition from laptop to tablets as well as producing enhanced storage and power capabilities for overall solutions, they have grown to rely on Ridgeline in this area. An example, Ridgeline’s strong relationship with Special Operations Command (SOCOM) led to addressing a weak link in their flyaway kits—Ridgeline solved this problem, teaming with N2 Group, manufacturing a Rugged, Tactical RAID solution (Model N2TRS-4). Not only did this benefit SOCOM but currently supports other users such as state and local first responders and other military and federal agents. O’Hara will bring another level to the Ridgeline team strengthening its long-term customer relationships as well as attracting new customers into the fold to experience the same value.
