Hobart Service “Live” on IFS Metrix Service Management

ITASCA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Hobart Service, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, is now live on IFS Metrix Service Management.

Hobart Service’s implementation of IFS Metrix Service Management software is unique in that, while IFS typically delivers a full field service management application, in this case it satisfies unique functional needs in the customer’s service contract administration and warranty claims processing.

Previously, we had to consolidate multiple invoices for equipment we service at a customer’s various locations. Now that we can consolidate multiple addresses on one contract automatically, Hobart customers like grocery chains, restaurant chains and others will receive their invoices more expeditiously, and our personnel can pay more attention to the customer and less to administrative tasks.”
