LOS ANGELES--()--In an ever evolving business environment, organizations must be able to adapt and change to meet the demands of customers, shareholders and employees. The Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University offers the Pepperdine Leading Organization Change Program, a unique executive education program designed for business professionals who are interested in or responsible for leading change in their organization.

The Pepperdine Leading Organization Change Program (http://bschool.pepperdine.edu/organization-change) is comprised of a series of three two-day modules in February, March and April, to be held at the West Los Angeles-Howard Hughes graduate campus near Los Angeles International Airport. Participants may register for each module individually or register for all three modules. Enroll in the entire three-module program to participate in a change project, receive personal coaching, and earn a Certificate in Leading Organization Change.
