Bolton & Company Announces Acquisition of Preferred Specialty Insurance Services

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bolton & Company, one of the nation’s largest employee-owned insurance brokers, has acquired Preferred Specialty Insurance Services, an independent insurance agency providing insurance services in the San Gabriel Valley area effective December 31, 2012.
