David Stroth and Isado Byrd assume vice president roles, and Qiana Nixon-Carroll assumes the branch manager role at Massingham’s Hayward branch.

Stroth joined Massingham as Hayward branch manager in 2011, where he supervised staff, training, career guidance and team management. Prior to joining Massingham, he served as director of business development for another management company where he oversaw the growth of a new division and developed a new training program, including authoring a training manual.
Byrd joined the company seven years ago and previously held the branch manager position at Massingham’s Campbell branch. Under his supervision, his team maintained a client retention rate of 98 percent. Byrd joined the Northern California association management industry in 2000, and is a certified community association manager through California Association of Community Managers.
Nixon-Carroll, a CCAM, began her career at a condominium development firm in Northern California. She became a portfolio manager specializing in reconstruction projects, and previously held the director of management services/senior portfolio manager position at Massingham.
