Zelle Hofmann Welcomes Lee A. Hutton, III to Its Minneapolis Office

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its business litigation practice with the addition of Lee A. Hutton, III, as an attorney in the firm’s Minneapolis office effective January 7, 2013.

A former Minnesota Golden Gopher letterman in football, Hutton brings extensive experience as a trial litigator and entertainment attorney. He has tried cases in a variety of industries ranging from complex commercial, real estate and fraud litigation. Hutton defends both corporations and individuals, and his practice includes construction litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, and sports and entertainment law litigation.

Hutton is a frequent guest lecturer and has been referred to as the go-to attorney for news-based content programs discussing topics pertaining to high profile entertainment, sports and litigation matters. He is active in the Minneapolis community and has assisted several organizations across the country that deal with child abuse, cancer awareness, anti-bullying and childhood fitness. He also coaches youth football in his spare time.

Hutton received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Minnesota. He joins Zelle Hofmann as a former partner with the law firm of Lommen Abdo.
