ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vomela Specialty Company of St. Paul, Minnesota announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Fusion Imaging, Inc. of Kaysville, Utah. Fusion Imaging is a supplier of large format graphics, custom fabric tension displays and exhibits, and event graphics solutions. Fusion Imaging, which conducts sales activities across the United States, generates revenues of $12,000,000 annually.
