CB&I Receives Esso Longford Gas Conditioning Plant Project Contract

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CB&I (NYSE: CBI) announced today that it has been awarded a contract, valued at approximately US$550 million, by Esso Australia Resources Pty Ltd. for work at its Longford, Victoria, Australia site.

CB&I’s work scope includes the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction of the Longford Gas Conditioning Plant, which is designed to handle 400 million cubic feet per day of gas from the Kipper, Tuna and Turrum fields in Bass Strait.
