InteliChart Completes Development Agreement with RelayHealth Expanding Cost-Effective Health System Data Exchange

Partnership Provides Cost-Effective, Standards-Based Acute and Ambulatory Bi-directional Connectivity for Electronic Health Record Systems

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading healthcare information technology provider InteliChart, Inc. today announced the completion of a development agreement with RelayHealth, establishing cost-effective, integrated healthcare information exchange between hospital and ambulatory settings.

RelayHealth provides a patient-centric interoperable health information exchange platform to its health system customers to help support care coordination throughout the organization and to other local, regional and state exchanges. When paired with InteliChart’s suite of connectivity solutions for patients, providers and their communities, hospitals and practices will experience enhanced connectivity, communications and integration.
