ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) on Dec. 4, 2012, declared the regular quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share on its common stock, which has an indicated annual rate of $0.58 per share. The dividend is payable Feb. 15, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 22, 2013.
