Company aims to prepare female Team Members to become future leaders

HUDSON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, the leading fabric and craft specialty retailer in America, is proud to announce a Team Member development initiative designed to prepare women to ascend the company’s leadership ranks.

The initiative will launch in January 2013 as an extension of the company’s commitment to Team Member development. Consisting of group training sessions, peer development groups and keynote speakers, the Women in Leadership initiative will address the specific challenges that women encounter at various stages in their careers.
