NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Delta Galil USA, the U.S.-based subsidiary of Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. (DELT/Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, DELTY.PK/OTCQX), the global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children, said today that it has agreed to acquire the trademarks of LittleMissMatched.
Founded in 2003 as a line of non-matching socks sold in odd numbers, LittleMissMatched has evolved into an iconic lifestyle brand whose mission is to enable girls of all ages to express their individuality and creativity. The brand assortment currently includes apparel, primarily socks, as well as accessories, bedding, home décor, furniture and cosmetics. LittleMissMatched products are sold through its retail stores and online at its website, via wholesale channels in the U.S. and internationally, and through an extensive network of licensees. The company is privately held.
“LittleMissMatched is one of the most innovative kids brands in the industry and a great addition to our growing branded portfolio,” said Isaac Dabah, CEO of Delta Galil Industries. “It is a perfect complement to our existing branded sock business and further strengthens our leadership position in kids intimates. We see significant synergies and opportunities to build on the solid foundation of the business and will be investing in the development, expansion and marketing of the brand to grow the concept further into apparel and other categories.”
“We are excited to be joining Delta Galil USA,” said Andrew Arguiarro, Vice President of Licensing and Sales at LittleMissMatched. “Delta Galil has been a great partner to us and is highly regarded throughout the apparel industry for its spirit of innovation, attentiveness to customer needs, and extensive global design, sourcing and distribution capabilities. We look forward to working together to extend the fun and creative fashion influence of LittleMissMatched.”
Delta Galil currently has a licensing agreement with LittleMissMatched for a fashion-forward collection of girls’ loungewear, sleepwear and intimates to mid-tier, clubs and specialty channels of distribution. As part of the acquisition, the senior management team of LittleMissMatched will join Delta Galil USA.

In our world, socks don’t match – MATCHING is mundane – MIXING is MONUMENTAL and COLOR is cool. While we started with socks sold in odd numbers, we recognized that there’s and entire universe out there who shares our passion for creativity and self expression – socks were just the beginning.
