How It Works

Engage+ incorporates Facebook’s data and evaluates profile information consumers share, allowing brands to provide highly customizable offers. Through Moxie’s rule-based chat technology, brands can engage with a consumer visiting a brand’s Facebook page and proactively extend an offer based on the consumer’s Facebook profile information, such as name, gender and analytically calculated advocacy rank.
