Since the late '90s, the FCPA has been scrutinized for its lack of clarity and definition. On November 14, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission jointly released the comprehensive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Resource Guide.
