Porter brings a wealth of knowledge and sales experience to his role and will focus on building out Compli’s sales team and opening new markets for the company.

PORTLAND, Ore.--()--Compli®, the nation’s trusted provider of HR and compliance management software, has appointed Jason Porter to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Porter’s first order of business will be to expand and diversify the sales team. Porter will also be instrumental as Compli opens new markets and launches its newest compliance solution, Compli Portfolio™. Portfolio was previewed at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics’ annual national conference in October and is being officially introduced at the 2013 National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo. Portfolio is a revolutionary new way for companies to approach their Compliance Obligation Management responsibilities and simplify their regulatory reporting.

Jason’s strong expertise in the broader compliance and data privacy spaces supports the company’s expansion into the Financial, Manufacturing, Energy and Utility vertical markets. “Jason has proven to be a sales powerhouse, increasing the revenue and sales for his previous companies by large margins, while also building better customer service and employee satisfaction,” said David Childers, CEO of Compli. “We look forward to utilizing his tenacity and expertise to spearhead our growth.”

Porter brings to Compli more than 18 years of sales experience with corporations including Cintas, Aegis Living and most recently ID Experts. During his tenure with ID Experts, the company was awarded the #32 ranking in the Inc. 500 for private company growth and was recognized as the second fastest-growing company in the Pacific Northwest by the Portland Business Journal. Porter graduated from University of Oregon with a BA in Business Management and Marketing, and he became a Certified Healthcare Compliance and Privacy Professional in 2011.

“Compli has big plans and I’m very excited to be a part of the evolution of the company which will include the repositioning of Compli’s SaaS platform. Their industry reputation is unmatched and the depth, breadth and vision of their software have them poised for tremendous growth,” said Porter.
