He has extensive experience in payment processing compliance, complex technology transactions and executive management consulting. As EVP, General Counsel, Mr. Walker has the principal responsibility of providing legal expertise and advice on a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational issues as Meracord continues its work to increase the company’s value and integrity in its current and future markets.

Prior to joining Meracord, Mr. Walker served as Senior Counsel for Ciber Inc., where he managed all legal affairs for the IT outsourcing division and negotiated numerous complex, multi-million dollar technology transactions. He also served as senior counsel for First Data Corporation for seven years and held various in-house counsel positions at Synopsys, E-Trade Financial and CFI ProServices, Inc.

Mr. Walker holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
